Part Academic Fee Payment Rules
Part Academic Fee of ₹96000 is mandatory to confirm allotted seat before deadline otherwise allotted seat wiil be cancelled automatically. Candidates must report on time to allotted seat/college otherwise candidate will lose their allotted seat and fee will be also forfeited.
How to Download IPU NEET Stray Vacancy Round Seat Allotment Letter
Candidates can download provisional allotment letter only after payment of the ₹96,000 fee. Follow the instructions given below to download IPU seat allotment letter.
Log in to your GGSIPU counselling account.
Go to Allotment Letter/Provisional Seat allotmentLetter tab.
Download IPU NEET Stray Vacancy Round letter PDF within specified time window.
Print and bring it to allotted college to complete reporting process.
GGSIPU NEET Stray Vacancy Round Reporting Process
After paying Part Academic Fee, candidates should have to report physically to their allotted medical college. Failure to report before 6 PM on 20 Nov 2025 results in automatic cancellation. Candidates must carry these documents with them

IPU Stary Vacancy Round Reserved Category Eligibility Rules (Delhi Region)
SC Category Rules
Only candidates included in Delhi SC list as per Presidential Order 1951 are eligible under SC Delhi category.
OBC Category Rules
- Only Digitally Signed OBC Certificate (Delhi) accepted.
- Must belong to OBC list of Delhi.
- Certificate for Central Govt Jobs or issued by other states is not valid.
- OBC-NCL certificate must be issued on or after 01 April 2025.
EWS Category Rules
- Valid only in University Schools and Govt colleges.
- Certificate should be issued after 31 March 2025.
